However, in the majority of cases of back pain usually does not go away on its own. In fact, it is recommended that if you suffer from back pain for more than three days, you should seek medical care. The National Institute of Arthritis and Musculoskeletal and Skin Diseases also recommends that you should see your doctor if you suffer from back pain for more than three days.

Most back pain sufferers will be referred by their doctors to receive chiropractic therapy and/or physical therapy. Either way, the primary goal of the chiropractor or therapist is to relieve your pain or work with you until your pain is tolerable. Therapies will usually consist of manual procedures, including massage and trigger point therapy, manual traction, therapeutic exercise, electric muscle stimulation, ultrasound and other therapeutic modalities that are designed to relieve your pain and get you back to normal daily activities as quickly as possible.

These procedures, work for approximately 80% of back pain sufferers who go for therapy. Because the injection therapy does not cure your lumbar spine disc herniation or cervical spine disc herniation.

I have suffered from dizziness for over twenty years.

The kind of dizziness where the room spins and spins.

The dizziness was so bad that there were many days that I could not even get out of bed and forget about even going to work.

The dizziness was bad enough but then came constant nausea.

My husband had always urged me to drive but I was afraid to get behind the wheel of a car because of the dizziness. All I needed was to be driving and get a dizziness attack. I feared for my safety as well as the safety of others.
